I get a lot of fan mail asking this question. Yes, I am happily married, and I have the cutest daughter on earth.

American Football. Tlachtli is a close second.
What are your favorite activities?
Writing, watching movies, cooking, playing with the family, and
finding still-edible surprises in the back of the refrigerator.
What’s your favorite meal of all time?
Hasn’t happened yet, but it will include pork belly, handmade pasta,
and a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino.
Why did you drop out of grad school?
It was located in Orange County. Besides, an MFA in creative writing
is less beneficial than dry humping.
What do you want to do with your life?
Convince rich people to pay me to write fiction so that I can move my
family to a miniature farm and raise my daughter to enjoy Eugene
O’Neill, good wine, and homemade goat’s cheese.
